CRS RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the item’s completion if it:

1. Has not been decorated with a name or number AND

2. Has not been worn and in new condition

To return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Ship the item(s) to 3721 N Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60613. Exchanges are shipped at your expense. Please include your name, address, phone #, order # and a brief explanation for the return. (e.g. size you want to exchange for or request a refund).
  • If the item(s) is in stock, we will ship the item(s) to you immediately.
  • If item(s) needs to be ordered, the item(s) will ship to you as soon as additional stock arrives into our warehouse.
  • If a refund is desired, that refund will be processed back to the credit card you originally used to place the order. This may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card.

 

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Washing Machines DO NOT use fabric softener on apparel as fabric softeners have a negative effect on the printed logos and numbers.

Dryer - DO NOT put your printed items in the dryer; dryer temperatures rise above the temperature used on our heat presses to press your logos and numbers. The hot temperatures reheat the backing on the logos/numbers, thus causing the logos/numbers to crack or peel.
